This home was having leaking issues with the chimney housing. We upgraded the chimney house with new LP Smartside Lap siding in Snowscape White with a new chimney cap (cover). To prevent the chimney from leaking again while the roof was being done, we installed new ice and water barrier all around the chimney to protect it from any water incursions. The roof was replaced with Owens Corning Durations in Pacific Wave. Ventilation upgrade was installed on this home for a continuous ventilation system. Honestly this is an awesome looking roof!
