From the moment I contacted Perfect Exteriors I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Rick inspected my roof and the house, explaining some issues and what my options were. I followed up emailing questions I had and they were answered quickly. Rick even contacted my neighbor whom I share the roof with (duplex townhome) making the process stress free. The roof and trim is now brand new and beautiful. Rick, Karina and their crew took care of everything. First class service and workmanship all they way. I am so grateful.

I had been looking at companies to see about replacing my gutters but finally decided that what I needed were Gutter guards. I got several estimates but did my research and found Rain Drop Gutter Guards. Perfect Exteriors is a licensed installer of these so I contacted them. Rick came to the house and did a thorough inspection of not only the gutters for the guards but also the roof, skylight, and siding for future staining. He agreed with my assessment to keep my current gutters and just install the guards. He made suggestions but did not push anything that wasn't needed currently and explained all my options clearly. In the end, because of his knowledge and what I had learned, I went with Perfect Exteriors. The cost of the Rain Drop Gutter guards was not much more than gutter screens that I had been quoted, and they come with a 20 year warranty. Done deal! The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered any questions I had and gave me their honest feedback on how to proceed with other exterior projects. Rick was present that day during the entire installation which took less time than originally anticipated. Overall, I was very pleased with the job they did and how they are so willing to work with the customer. I definitely would recommend Perfect Exteriors!

Perfect Exteriors inspected my roof one day after I called, estimated the repairs one business day later, gave a project schedule, and finished in the predicted time. Good job cleaning up. Jonas and Karina were great to work with. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our roof and skylights so we filled out an online request for an inspection on their website. Karina quickly connected with us and got us on the schedule right away. When Jonas came by for the inspection, he took several photos so we could see what he was seeing from the roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, fair, and honest, and not at all pushy when it came to making a decision to repair or replace the roof. He answered all of our questions and really made us feel comfortable during the whole process. With the roof and 3 skylights replacement, Karina and Jonas updated us via email, text, and phone calls which was great! We could always get in touch with them right away if we needed them or had any questions. The project from start to finish was less stressful and so much easier than I expected simply because Jonas and Karina were our team! I highly recommend them! Our house looks brand new again! An added bonus is that they are local - Aurora based.

Rick was knowledgeable honest and prompt to respond to my questions. He came right he away to review my roof and provided a clear explanation of the work needed and was able to schedule it and execute it within a week. The roof install was done really well and very quickly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Perfect Exteriors services
