New roof installed. From the first estimate to the last day of work Perfect Exteriors was a pleasure to deal with. The roofers did a wonderful job. When finished, they were quite mindful of clean up. We had several estimates on a new roof and Perfect Exteriors was start to finish miles ahead of all other companies we dealt with. We were talked through pros/cons of all options. Communication was above and beyond. All said and done, we’re thrilled with our new roof and have already scheduled another exterior job with this company. This will be our go to place when/if any exterior work is needed. Very happy with our choice to go with this team.
Perfect Exteriors added some roof vents for me, including installing a solar roof vent that I provided and removed an unused plumbing vent. Karina was great to coordinate with, and she would communicate however I needed (we used text and email). Jonas arrived right on time and knew the scope of work, did the work quickly, cleaned up after himself, and walked me through everything he did. He also answered other questions I had. Overall, top notch, well done!
Perfect Exteriors did an excellent job re-roofing my house and garage, getting all the work done in a single day. They were very thoughtful and added value to the project by proactively improving the venting on my house and getting my garage solar-ready by moving vents. This attention to detail and good communication was what made them a great company to work with. At the end of the day the roof looks fantastic, and my yard is clean of debris, they did a really nice job cleaning up. Since they are GAF-certified I've now got a 50-year materials warranty (in addition to their 10-year warranty for labor).
Karina and her team were so easy to work with for our skylight replacements. From the quote being thorough, to the ordering and day of installation, communication and scheduling was excellent. From the moment I contacted Perfect Exteriors I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Rick inspected my roof and the house, explaining some issues and what my options were. I followed up emailing questions I had and they were answered quickly. Rick even contacted my neighbor whom I share the roof with (duplex townhome) making the process stress free. I had been looking at companies to see about replacing my gutters but finally decided that what I needed were Gutter guards. I got several estimates but did my research and found Rain Drop Gutter Guards. Perfect Exteriors is a licensed installer of these so I contacted them. Rick came to the house and did a thorough inspection of not only the gutters for the guards but also the roof, skylight, and siding for future staining. He agreed with my assessment to keep my current gutters and just install the guards. He made suggestions but did not push anything that wasn't needed currently and explained all my options clearly. In the end, because of his knowledge and what I had learned, I went with Perfect Exteriors. The cost of the Rain Drop Gutter guards was not much more than gutter screens that I had been quoted, and they come with a 20 year warranty. Done deal! The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered any questions I had and gave me their honest feedback on how to proceed with other exterior projects. Rick was present that day during the entire installation which took less time than originally anticipated. Overall, I was very pleased with the job they did and how they are so willing to work with the customer. I definitely would recommend Perfect Exteriors!

We had a leak in our roof and skylights so we filled out an online request for an inspection on their website. Karina quickly connected with us and got us on the schedule right away. When Jonas came by for the inspection, he took several photos so we could see what he was seeing from the roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, fair, and honest, and not at all pushy when it came to making a decision to repair or replace the roof. He answered all of our questions and really made us feel comfortable during the whole process. With the roof and 3 skylights replacement, Karina and Jonas updated us via email, text, and phone calls which was great! We could always get in touch with them right away if we needed them or had any questions. The project from start to finish was less stressful and so much easier than I expected simply because Jonas and Karina were our team! I highly recommend them! Our house looks brand new again! An added bonus is that they are local - Aurora based.

He came right he away to review my roof and provided a clear explanation of the work needed and was able to schedule it and execute it within a week.
